You can create an optional "user account" so the demonstrations can send you sample reports with your responses.  That is not required to use the demonstrations, but it does show some additional capabilities.  Temporary accounts are automatically removed from the ISSI computers within about 8 hours, and are never used for any purpose other than to send the reports, unless you explicitly request additional information.

If you have already created a temporary account for our web-based demos, you can continue to use that same account for IVR demos.

For data collection, on both the telephone and the internet, our systems support multiple languages to accommodate your needs.  Our interactive voice response (IVR) uses the same scripts as our web-based and handheld data collections services.  You can choose to use any or all of the data collection methods, and the responses are consolidated and presented in the same reports.
